Sunwise Sunglasses are warranted by Sunwise for a period of one year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective sunglasses within this period upon proof of purchase being submitted to us.



The warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear, scratches, improper use of the product, chemical damage or alteration.



We will determine whether a product is covered by the warranty after our inspection.



Products found upon arrival to be faulty must be returned to us with all original packaging within 10 days of the invoice shipment date.



These returns conditions apply only to items purchased from P.A. Sports and Leisure.
